Once you receive your order it is always a good idea to verify that your order is correct with the correct item and quantities. You should also check for anything that may be damaged. If you notice damaged items you should notify the shipping company delivery person before they leave.

If an item is being returned because it is damaged, please immediately contact us by filling out our returns form below or contact us at (470)205-4555 so we can expedite the shipping or the replacement item.
If you are returning the item because it is defective, You will need to contact us so we can coordinate a replacement item from the manufacture. You may fill out our contact form below or contact us at (470)205-4555.
If your order contains special order items, item which is not readily available from the manufacture, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost & a restocking fee of up to 25% depending on the manufacture’s policy.
If your order was filled from the inventory at our facility you will be responsible for return shipping as well as a 15% restocking fee.
