Volume Orders & Project Quotes

Request a project quote

Lighting a new build, a remodel or a whole facility? Tell us about the project and our team will come back with options and pricing from our 350+ manufacturer partners.

We can source it

Our online catalog is growing every week, and we partner with over 350 manufacturers. A quote is the right move for:

  • Multiple fixtures for a new build or renovation
  • Commercial, contractor and facility projects
  • Specific brands or models you don’t see on the site
  • Replacement parts and matching existing fixtures
  • LED retrofits and conversions

How it works

  1. Tell us about the project. Where the lighting goes, what you have in mind and how many fixtures.
  2. We price it out. Our team compares options across our manufacturer partners.
  3. You get a quote. With product options, pricing and lead times, plus installation through our network of qualified electrical contractors if you need it.

Commercial project? Ask us about Utility Company Rebate Programs.

What to include in a volume lighting quote request

Volume lighting orders are easier to quote accurately when quantities, applications and project requirements are clear. A commercial fixture schedule may list every model, while a remodel may begin with photographs and measurements. LED There Be Light can discuss either starting point and explore products through its network of more than 350 manufacturer partners.

Tell us what the fixtures need to do

For interior lighting, note room use, ceiling height, preferred color temperature, dimming needs and fixture style. For exterior installations, include the location and expected exposure to weather, along with any restrictions on mounting or glare. When replacing existing equipment, photos of the fixture and its label can help identify compatible options.

Provide quantities and timing

List approximate counts for each fixture type, the project address or delivery region, and the date products are needed. If the job is phased across several buildings or locations, explain the sequence. These details help the team discuss availability, shipping and suitable alternatives without promising stock or delivery dates before confirmation.

Include specifications when you have them

Drawings, fixture schedules, cut sheets or model numbers are useful for comparing potential matches. Important properties may include voltage, wattage, lumen output, fixture dimensions, mounting method, dimming protocol and wet-location ratings. For commercial projects, check whether a substitution must be reviewed by the designer or project owner.

Ask about rebates and installation separately

For LED conversions, potential utility rebates may depend on the utility territory, qualifying product details and application timing. Explore our LED rebate information before purchasing. If you need installation coordination, review the installation request process and provide the site details.

Volume order questions

Can you source products not in the online store? LED There Be Light can discuss special-order products through its manufacturer partners, subject to availability.

Can you compare multiple suitable models? The team can review the intended application and available specifications to help narrow choices. Product prices and lead times should be confirmed in the quote.

Is every bulk order eligible for a special price? Pricing depends on the models, quantity, supply conditions and quote. Use the form above to request project-specific options rather than assuming a particular discount.
