Linear Suspension

Linear suspension lights for long dining tables, kitchen islands, conference tables and offices: one fixture that spreads light evenly from end to end.

Choosing a linear suspension

A linear fixture should run about two-thirds the length of the table or island it lights, and hang about 30 to 36 in above the surface. In offices and conference rooms, look for low-glare diffusers and 3500K to 4000K light for focus.

How long should a linear chandelier be?

About two-thirds of the table or island length, leaving 6 to 12 in on each end.

Can linear fixtures work on sloped ceilings?

Many come with adjustable cables or a sloped-ceiling canopy. Check the specs or call us to confirm.
