These terms apply to your use of this website and to purchases from LED There Be Light, LLC (“LED There Be Light,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and information

We work to describe products, specifications and prices accurately, much of it supplied by manufacturers. Errors can happen; if we find an error in a product’s price or description, we may correct it and will contact you about any affected order. Product images may differ slightly from the actual product, including finish color.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm and process it. We may limit quantities or decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error; if we cancel after you have paid, we will refund the amount charged. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout.

Freight delivery surcharges

Some large items ship by freight. When a freight delivery surcharge applies, it is listed on the product page and added to your order at checkout.

Design, installation and other services

Lighting design help, energy audits, rebate assistance and installation are arranged separately from online product orders. Installation is performed through our network of qualified electrical contractors, and the scope, schedule and pricing are confirmed with you before work begins. Utility rebate programs are run by utilities, which decide eligibility and amounts.

Text, graphics and other content on this site belong to LED There Be Light or its licensors, including product images and information supplied by manufacturers, and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LED There Be Light is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website or products purchased through it, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
